Marcos Alves de Souza
Marcos Alves de Souza é mestre em Antropologia pela Universidade de Brasília e servidor de carreira do Ministério de Gestão e da Inovação em Serviços Públicos.
Liderou a área de direitos autorais do Ministério da Cultura de 2004 a 2016. Entre 2018 e 2022 foi assessor de cultura da liderança do Partido dos Trabalhadores no Senado, quando participou da redação da Lei Paulo Gustavo. Atualmente é o Secretário de Direitos Autorais e Intelectuais do Ministério da Cultura.
Marcos Alves de Souza holds a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Brasília and is a career civil servant at the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services.
He led the copyright department of the Ministry of Culture from 2004 to 2016. Between 2018 and 2022, he served as a cultural advisor to the leadership of the Workers' Party in the Senate, during which he contributed to drafting the Paulo Gustavo Law. Currently, he is the Secretary of Copyright and Intellectual Rights at the Ministry of Culture.
