Ruth Daniel
Ruth Daniel é uma CEO e Diretora Artística premiada, além de ser a fundadora da ONG internacional In Place of War, uma organização que trabalha com música, arte e criatividade em locais de conflito armado, injustiça social e afetados pelas mudanças climáticas. Ela foi co-fundadora do evento inovador da indústria da música alternativa, Un-Convention; fundadora e líder de uma gravadora independente e musicista, tocando com várias bandas, sendo a mais notável a cultuada banda de Manchester, The Fall. Ruth também tem atuado como consultora em diversos festivais internacionais, incluindo Primavera Pro, Barcelona, Shoko Festival em Zimbabwe e DoaDoa em Uganda.
Ruth Daniel is a multi-award winning CEO and Artistic Director of international NGO, In Place of War, an organisation working with music, art and creativity in places of armed conflict, social injustice and affected by climate change. A former co-founder of ground-breaking alternative music industry event, Un-Convention; independent record label founder and boss and musician, playing with many bands, but most notably cult Manchester band, The Fall. She has been a consultant at many international festivals, including Primavera Pro, Barcelona, Shoko Festival in Zimbabwe and DoaDoa in Uganda.
